Looking at a past, in which entrepreneurs marginalized creative areas such as Advertising and Marketing and there was a conformity to the results obtained, the need to adopt new tools after the economic crisis was addressed.

Today, companies are more permeable and sensitive to creative areas, recognizing them as important and contemplating them in their annual budgets. Zalox has taken advantage of the knowledge acquired to develop management tools for its customers, which have catapulted their results with an optimization of resources, improving cost control.

The event ended with a debate in which a number of questions related to the co-existence of departments such as design and engineering were raised but ended with the idea that these areas could easily exist within the same structure.

The event took place in the scope of the Post-Graduation in Management Control and Performance Evaluation, and was the first of a series of Seminars on Management Control, dedicated to the discussion of Future Trends of the area.

The Postgraduatiom in Management Control and Performance Evaluation is directed to professionals related to the financial and management control areas in organizations of various dimensions and market segments.
